Lady Goats fall to East Valley 57-36 in season opener

The Lady Goats traveled to the Sun Dome in Yakima last Saturday to play in the Hall of Fame Tip-Off Tournament and came away with some valuable court time for both the team and its new coach, Frank Phelps.
Despite the loss to East Valley, the team began to get some legs in the fourth quarter of play, outscoring East Valley 12-8.
The girls will travel with the boys to Ellensburg for a non-league game against Ellensburg on Wednesday, December 7.
