'Turn Back the Clock'

CHS Basketball Teams “Turn Back the Clock” to aid the Lorita Beeson memorial scholarship fund 

 On Thursday December 16, the boys and girls basketball teams from Chelan High School will participate in the annual ‘Turn Back the Clock’ night at the Chelan Community Gym. 

Bth teams as well as the cheerleaders will be playing in “old school” uniforms when they take the court against the Liberty bell Mountain Lions.  All Spectators are encouraged to wear their red and green colors or even break out their old CHS Letterman’s jacket to show their “Mountain Goat” spirit. 

As in years past, one of the primary focuses of the evening will be to collect charitable donations for the Lorita Beeson Memorial Scholarship Fund as well as collect donations for Chelan Valley Hope, a non-profit community organization that provides assistance, advocacy and referral for the underserved in our area. The Chelan High School Link Crew has developed a program to aid in this endeavor, “HELP THE HOPE” by donating personal non-food items such as: shampoo, soap, shaving cream and other personal hygiene items and other household items like dish soap, laundry products, band-aids, and paper products like toilet paper, diapers, wipes and paper towels along with pet food. 

Donations to this scholarship fund will benefit graduating seniors of Chelan High school donations/checks will need to be made out to:

 Chelan Athletic Booster Club (CABC)

Boys JV 4:30pm at Community Gym

Girls C 4:30pm at Chelan High School vs **Manson

Boys C 6pm at Chelan High School vs **Manson

Girls Varsity 6pm at Community Gym

Boys Varsity 7:30pm at Community Gym.
