Goats tromp Tonasket 86-45

Four Chelan Goats were in double scoring figures as they outscored the Tonasket Tigers in all four quarters to come home with an 86-45 victory in the win column.

Joe Harris pumped in 31 points and had 7 steals on the evening followed by junior Aaron McQuaid who was 8 for 12 from the floor with two three point shots for 19 points. Michael Amsel Jr. had 6 steals and 15 points and Matt Engstrom had 9 rebounds and added 10 points to the score. Harris and Amsel combined for 11 assists on the night.

The boys will host the Oroville Hornets at approximately 7:30 p.m. Thursday night, December 17, in the annual 'Turn Back the Clock' game in the Chelan Community Gym. Wear your green and red to show your support and bring your dollars for the Lorita Beeson Scholarship Fund and your donations of paper goods for the Chelan Valley Hope program benefiting the less fortunate in the valley.
