Lady Goats earn trip to State beating Newport 57-36.

The Lady Goats after a tough defeat by Lakeside, bounced back with enormous tenacity to defeat a good Newport team 57 - 36.  That win punched the Lady Goats ticket to the State Tournament in Yakima March 3rd through 6th.

I believe that after seeing several frowns on the face of Coach Robinson in the video box, he is now wearing a big smile.  The Lady Goats made Coach Robinson very happy after coming out today and playing a basketball game in the way the fans and coaches have not seen lately.  GoLakeChelan's Dave Rogge got to talk with the coach and several of the player after the game.  Take a moment and listen to what they had to say.
